Artículo tercero. Además de los miembros a que se refiere el artículo veinticuatro de la Ley 7º. de 1979, la Junta Directiva del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar estará integrada por los siguientes: Un experto en ciencias sociales, designado por la Conferencia Episcopal o, en su defecto, por el Arzobispo de Bogotá. El Director de la Policía Nacional o su representante.
