Artículo único. A partir de la fecha del presente Decreto, incluyese la torta, de algodón destinada a la exportación entre los productos enumerados en el numeral 1° de la Sección VIII del artículo 1° del Decreto número 0407 de 1958, para efectos del cobro de bodegaje.
