ARTÍCULO ÚNICO. Para la elección de Diputados a las Asambleas, cada Departamento formará un Círculo único. Queda en estos términos reformado el Artículo 176 de la Constitución Nacional. (Artículo 6º del Acto legislativo número 1 de 1930).
