Las firmas comerciales a que hace referencia el anterior articulo deberán suscribir contrato de trabajo con el Ingeniero Químico o con el Químico que haya de ejercer las funciones de asistencia técnica, de conformidad con las normas establecidas por el Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social. Este contrato de trabajo, será

De tiempo completo, cuando el capital de la firma comercial, registrada en la Cámara de Comercio del lugar de operaciones de la sede legal fuere de quinientos mil pesos ($ 500.000 ) o más;

De medio tiempo laboral cuando el capital de la correspondiente firma fuese menor de quinientos mil pesos ($ 500.000).

Parágrafo

Se exceptúan de la reglamentación anterior las firmas comerciales amparadas por la Ley 23 de 1962.
