Art í culo 2.34.2.2.2 Naturaleza. El Defensor del Consumidor Financiero actuará como conciliador extrajudicial en derecho en los términos establecidos en la Ley 640 de 2001. El trámite que ante él se surta agotará, cuando proceda, el requisito de procedibilidad, de acuerdo con lo previsto en los artículos 35 y 38 de la Ley 640 de 2001.
