ARTICULO 17 . PRESTACION DE SERVICIOS . En concordancia con lo dispuesto en la Constitución Política, la Ley 10 de 1990 y la Ley 60 de 1993 el INCI generará los mecanismos que aseguren la prestación de servicios de Rehabilitación, Integración Educativa, Laboral y Social a los Limitados Visuales, el Bienestar Social y Cultural a los mismos; y de Prevención de la Ceguera por parte de las Entidades Territoriales.
