Del deber de informar. La disolución que obedeciere a actuaciones dolosas o fraudulentas, procederá sin perjuicio de la responsabilidad civil o penal a que hubiere lugar, para lo cual se dará traslado a las autoridades competentes. CAPITULO III. Del registro especial de las instituciones.
