º. Transitorio. Los Administradores de Hacienda Nacional quedan facultados para practicar de oficio liquidaciones adicionales de reajuste, correspondientes al año gravable de 1947, en los casos en que por la cuantía de la renta, o en vista de los datos que muestren las declaraciones adicionales, o los informes exigidos en los artículos anteriores o que hayan obtenido de oficio, se observe que se ha causado el impuesto a las grandes rentas establecido por el Decreto legislativo 1961 de 1948, y que sea necesario fijar, aumentar o disminuir el gravamen.
