Las personas jurídica o natural, que presten servicios de vigilancia y seguridad privada, con vigilantes, escoltas o supervisores, que deban tener o portar armas de fuego, tendrán un plazo de 90 días a partir de la expedición del presente Decreto para que el personal operativo cuente con el citado certificado.
