°. Prorrogar el plazo dispuesto para la liquidación de la Empresa Social delEstado Antonio Nariño en Liquidación, establecido en el artículo 1° del Decreto 3870 de2008, prorrogado mediante el artículo 1° del Decreto 3671 del 4 de octubre de 2010, hastael treinta y uno (31) de diciembre de 2010.

Parágrafo

En el evento que los procesos que sustentan la prórroga establecida en elartículo 1° de este decreto, puedan concluirse antes del término señalado, el Liquidadorprocederá al cierre inmediato de la liquidación.
