° Para dar cumplimiento a la Ley 41 de 1966, el Gobierno Nacional emitirá la estampilla denominada "Erradicación de Tugurios", con la efigie de Don Marco Fidel Suárez, la cual circulará en el Departamento del Atlántico durante un lapso de treinta (30) años, contados a partir del primero (1°) de mayo de 1966.
