ARTICULO 2.3.1.26.- TITULOS. Los títulos representativos de los bonos deberán constar en serie o series numeradas, de igual valor nominal dentro de cada una de ellas. Podrán expedirse títulos que representen varios bonos. Cuando la obligación se haga exigible, el título prestará mérito ejecutivo y su transferencia se hará de acuerdo con las disposiciones legales vigentes. En cada cupón se indicará el título al cual pertenezca, su número, valor y la fecha en que pueda hacerse efectivo. Aun cuando los bonos sean nominativos, los cupones podrán ser al portador.
