º Los préstamos que haga el instituto para construir viviendas en predios de propiedad del obrero o empleado, conforme al artículo anterior, serán garantizados con hipoteca de la vivienda y del terreno, constituida por documento privado, reconocido ante Juez o Notario y registrarte en la norma prevista en el Decreto extraordinario 1369 de junio 9 de 1942.
