En el acto de la notificación no se admite al notificado otra manifestación que la del asentimiento a lo resuelto, o la ratificación de lo actuado, o el allanamiento en caso de que el Juez esté impedido. Puede también hacer cualquier nombramiento, o interponer el recurso de apelación.
