De las creaciones a que se refieren los artículos 12 a 17 de la Ley 77 de 1026, y que deban reunir las condiciones de la Ley 73 de 1917, solamente quedarán subsistentes las que en seguida se enumeran: una plaza más de Magistrado en el Tribunal Superior de Ibagué, y un Juzgado 4° de Circuito en el Distrito Judicial de Cartagena. Este Decreto regirá desde su publicación en el Diario Oficial. Comuníquese y publíquese.
