º . Campo de aplicación. El presente decreto se aplica a los empleados públicos de carrera de las entidades de la Rama Ejecutiva del Poder Público en los niveles nacional y territorial, de las Corporaciones Autónomas Regionales y de Desarrollo Sostenible, y a los empleados públicos administrativos de carrera de los entes universitarios autónomos de todo orden.
