El Municipio garantizará el acceso al Servicio de Asistencia Técnica Directa Rural de manera regular y continua a comunidades de pequeños y medianos productores rurales, sean campesinos, colonos, indígenas o comunidades negras. Las comunidades indígenas que reciban recursos de transferencias, destinarán de estos, los necesarios para cumplir con la obligación de la prestación del Servicio de Asistencia Técnica Directa Rural a través de las entidades prestadoras del servicio.
