Los Gobernadores enviaran a la Comisión Legislativa, por telégrafo, la lista de los Concejales de cada Municipio, con expresión de principales y suplentes, antes del 15 de Febrero próximo; y una vez que hayan recibido noticia de las peticiones de las Municipalidades, darán aviso al Poder Ejecutivo y a la Comisión Legislativa, y procederán a evacuar las pruebas de las demás condiciones que conforme a la ley se necesitan para ser atendida la respectiva solicitud.
