Valor base del certificado de incentivo forestal de conservación. El valor base del certificado de incentivo forestal de conservación será de 7 salarios mínimos mensuales vigentes por hectárea de bosque y podrá ser ajustado por la autoridad ambiental competente, de acuerdo con los factores establecidos en el artículo 2.2.9.9.3.5 del presente capítulo, para obtener el valor total del incentivo.

A juicio de la autoridad ambiental competente, se podrá aumentar el área calificada como ecosistema natural boscoso poco o nada intervenido siempre que exista disponibilidad presupuestal para ello.

En ningún caso el área total objeto del incentivo podrá superar el máximo previsto en el parágrafo 1º del artículo 2.2.9.9.2.2 del presente capítulo.
