Régimen de transición . Las solicitudes de protección que hayan presentado los educadores oficiales, y que se encuentren en trámite a la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto, deberán ajustarse a la regulación aquí prevista, sin que ello implique que la Unidad Nacional de Protección deba adelantar nuevamente la evaluación del nivel de riesgo para los casos de los educadores víctimas de amenaza.
