Artículo único. Autorízase al Gobierno para establecer en esta capital dos Escuelas de tejidos de algodón, de lana y de fique; y aprópianse para gastos de personal y material en el año en curso, hasta cuarenta mil pesos ($ 40,000), que se considerarán incluidos en el Presupuesto de Gastos.
