º Para el cumplimiento de las funciones asignadas por las normas vigentes a la Secretaría de Integración Popular y las del Plan Nacional de Rehabilitación, corresponderá al Fondo Especial ejecutar los recursos asignados en la Ley Anual de Presupuesto al Capítulo II- Secretaría de Integración Popular del Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República o directamente al Fondo Especial de la Secretaría de Integración Popular.
