El saneamiento automático, como se encuentra definido y desarrollado en los artículos 12 y 21 de la Ley 1682 de 2013, aplicará en favor de las entidades públicas para la adquisición de inmuebles para el desarrollo o reconstrucción de unidades de vivienda en los municipios objeto de la declaratoria de emergencia de que trata el Decreto 1261 de 2026. Este saneamiento aplicará sobre los inmuebles que se adquieran dentro de los cuatro (4) años siguientes a la entrada en vigor del presente Decreto. '
