Art. 5.° Ningún nuevo constructor podrá edificar otra bodega á una distancia menor de veinte metros de las ya edificadas ó de las que se encuentren en construcción, siempre que ésta no se haya suspendido por seis meses por lo menos. Si esa suspensión se verifica por el término dicho, cesará la prohibición que este artículo establece.
