Artículo segundo. No están sujetos a la jornada de que trata el artículo anterior

Los choferes mecánicos que prestan sus servicios en forma intermitente; y

Los choferes mecánicos que presten sus servicios entre dos o más Municipios, y cuyo trabajo sea remunerado con salario fijo, por viaje u otra forma de retribución.
