Traslado de saldos y remanentes del “Fondo Comunidades Indígenas Álvaro Ulcué Chocué” creado por la ley de presupuesto para la vigencia fiscal 1990. Los saldos que resulten al momento de la terminación y liquidación del Fondo Comunidades Indígenas “Álvaro Ulcué Chocué” amparado por la ley de presupuesto de la vigencia fiscal de 1990, serán trasladados por el Icetex al Fondo que se reglamenta en el presente decreto.
