Para cubrir los gastos que demande el cumplimiento de la presente Ley, se destina la suma de doscientos cincuenta mil pesos ($ 250.000.00) moneda corriente. Si esta suma no fuere incluída en el Presupuesto, se faculta expresamente al Gobierno para que haga los traslados y apropiaciones del caso.
