ARTICULO 3.8.2.3.- DETERMINACION DEL MONTO DE LOS APORTES. Con el consentimiento de la respectiva empresa y de la asamblea de afiliados, cuando ello implique alguna restricción u obligación adicional a la inicialmente prevista para ellos, podrá preverse en el Acta Orgánica o en los estatutos del fondo que para efectos de determinar el monto de los aportes, se agregarán a la asignación básica mensual alguno o algunos de los demás elementos que de conformidad con el artículo 127 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo constituyen el salario.
