Artículo sexto. Garantía de pago de pensiones de jubilación. En el contrato que se celebre entre el Gobierno Nacional y la Compañía Frutera de Sevilla (Sevilla Fruit Company) con el fin de lograr la efectividad en el pago de las pensiones de jubilación, según lo dispuesto en el artículo 16 de la Ley 65 de 1968, se observará lo dispuesto en los artículos 7 a 10 de este Decreto.
