De conformidad con el artículo 7o de la Ley 38 de 1989 , el presupuesto de rentas contiene la estimación de los ingresos corrientes que se espera recaudar durante el año fiscal, los recursos de capital y los ingresos de los establecimientos públicos del orden nacional. Dentro de estos últimos se incluye en el texto de la presente ley, como partida informativa, el valor de los aportes nacionales que se hayan programado para estos establecimientos.
