A partir del 1° de enero de 2016, reajústase el valor de la bonificación de actividad judicial de que tratan los Decretos 3131 y 3382 de 2005, así: En las mismas condiciones, tendrán derecho a percibir esta bonificación de actividad judicial, los Procuradores Judiciales I que desempeñen el cargo y que actúen de manera permanente como Agentes del Ministerio Público ante los servidores que ocupan los empleos señalados en este artículo.
