En los Presupuestos de 1950, 1951 y 1952, se incluirá, por terceras partes, la suma a que se refiere el artículo anterior, hasta completar la cifra en referencia y se entregarán las partidas anotadas a la Junta pro Centenario, Junta que deberá rendir informe de la inversión de dichos auxilios a la Contraloría General de la República.

Si en los Presupuestos Nacionales no se incluyeren las apropiaciones correspondientes, el Gobierno queda autorizado para abrir los créditos que sean necesarios.
