Parágrafo 3

al artículo 2º del Decreto 519 de 2007: "

Parágrafo 3

Sin perjuicio de lo señalado en el numeral primero del presente artículo, el cobro de los honorarios y comisiones por parte de los intermediarios financieros y las organizaciones especializadas en crédito microempresarial, autorizado por el artículo 39 de la Ley 590 de 2000, será procedente únicamente en los eventos previstos en dicha disposición".
