Mediante resoluciones conjuntas de los Ministerios de Gobierno, Defensa y Comunicaciones, podrá autorizarse la libertad de información y el consiguiente levantamiento de la censura, respecto de todos o algunos de los asuntos a que se refiere el artículo 1o, u ordenarse el restablecimiento de la prohibición y censura, según las circunstancias; o aceptarse la celebración de acuerdos con determinados medios de información que por su seriedad y responsabilidad puedan por sí mismos encargarse de cumplir voluntariamente, sin intervención oficial, las prescripciones del artículo 1°.
