Los comerciantes podrán expresar su voluntad de contratar u obligarse verbalmente, por escrito o por cualquier modo inequívoco. Cuando una norma legal exija determinada solemnidad como requisito esencial del negocio jurídico, este no se formará mientras no se llene tal solemnidad.
