La contribución parafiscal para el fomento del sector porcino, se ceñirá a las condiciones estipuladas en la presente Ley, en los términos del numeral 12 del artículo 150 de la Constitución Nacional, el capítulo V de la Ley 101 de 1993 , y demás principios y normas que regulan la materia.
