La asamblea general de miembros es el organismo supremo de dirección de las asociaciones y estará constituida por la totalidad de los afiliados que se, encuentren inscritos en el registro de miembros y que se hallen a paz y salvo con la entidad, y sus decisiones serán obligatorias para todos los miembros.
