Construcciones y reparaciones en el extranjero . Las naves o artefactos navales construidos o que se construyan en el extranjero y los buques colombianos que se reparen o modifiquen fuera del país, deberán responder a las exigencias técnicas establecidas en la reglamentación, para ser inscritas en el registro nacional de naves. Para autorizar la compra o reparación de naves en el exterior, se tendrá en cuenta la disponibilidad de este servicio en Colombia y los costos correspondientes.
