A. para participar en la constitución de una filial, cuyo objeto social principal será el transporte y/o almacenamiento de hidrocarburos, sus derivados, productos y afines, a través de sistemas de transporte o almacenamiento propios o de terceros, en la República de Colombia o en el exterior y cualquier otra actividad complementaria y/o conexa sin perjuicio de lo que establezcan sus propios estatutos sociales.
