Vigencia y derogatoria . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, deroga el Decreto número 889 de 2023 y surte efectos fiscales a partir del 1° de enero de 2024, salvo lo dispuesto en el artículo 6° del presente decreto.
