PROHIBICIONES SINDICALIZACIÓN . Los empleados públicos del Ministerio de Defensa y de la Policía Nacional no podrán sindicalizarse, ni formar agrupaciones ni asociaciones similares, ni elevar peticiones colectivas, por mediar consideraciones de servicio público y de defensa nacional. La contravención a lo establecido en este artículo se considerará causal de mala conducta.
