El Gobierno queda facultado, hasta el 20 de julio de 1949, para reorganizar el actual Departamento de Educación Vocacional del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, que en lo sucesivo se denominará Departamento de Educación Técnica, de modo que cuente con los medios indispensables para la ejecución de la presente Ley.
