Policía Sanitaria . Los funcionarios del ICA o las autoridades delegadas por el Instituto que estén en la obligación de hacer cumplir las disposiciones del presente Decreto, gozarán en el desempeño de sus funciones, del amparo y protección de las autoridades civiles y militares de la nación y tendrán el carácter de policía sanitaria, de conformidad con lo establecido en el

del artículo 65 de la Ley 101 de 1993 y el artículo 14 del Decreto 1840 de 1994.
