Cotización excepcional de independientes de bajos ingresos. Los afiliados al Régimen Contributivo del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud de que trata el artículo 19 de la Ley 100 de 1993, modificado por los artículos 6° de la Ley 797 de 2003 y 2° de la Ley 1250 de 2008, cuyos ingresos mensuales sean inferiores o iguales a un salario mínimo legal mensual vigente, podrán seguir cotizando a dicho régimen hasta la fecha de entrada en operación del Servicio Social Complementario de Beneficios Económicos Periódicos (BEPS).
