Artículo séptimo. Los gastos de repatriación comprenden todos los relacionados con el transporte, alojamiento y manutención de la gente de mar durante el viaje, e incluyen igualmente los gastos de mantenimiento de la gente de mar hasta el momento fijado para sus salidas. Cuando se repatríe al interesado como miembro de una tripulación, tendrá derecho a la remuneración por los servicios prestados durante el viaje.
