Con fuerza de ley de carácter permanente adoptase también el articulo 5º del mismo Decreto extraordinario de que se viene haciendo mención, modificado así:

Artículo 5º La Corporación estará dirigida por una Junta compuesta por el Ministro de Salud Publica o su representante; el Ministro de Hacienda o su representante; el Ministro de Fomento o su representante; el Gerente General del Instituto Colombiano de Seguros Sociales o su representantes; un delegado de la Asociación Colombiana de Hospitales y por el Gerente elegido por dicha Junta para un periodo de dos años prorrogables quien tendrá voz pero no voto.
