Derogatoria. El presente decreto deroga el Anexo 1 -Manual para la elaboración de textos normativos - proyectos de decreto y resolución, del Decreto número 1081 de 2015, Reglamentario Único del Sector Presidencia de la República, y sustituye el Título 2 de la Parte 1 del Libro 2 del Decreto número 1081 de 2015, modificado por los Decretos números 1609 de 2015, 270 de 2017 y 1273 de 2020.

Las entidades del ámbito de aplicación del presente decreto deberán ajustar, modificar o derogar la regulación expedida con fundamento en la normativa que se deroga a través del presente decreto.
