Destinase la suma de treinta mil pesos ($30.000.00) para la pavimentación de las playas y calles de las poblaciones de Saboyá y Guayatá, por iguales partes. Esta suma se apropiara en el presupuesto de la próxima vigencia, y las partidas correspondientes se entregaran a cada uno de los municipios beneficiados, cuyos tesoreros municipales rendirán sus cuentas a la Contraloría General de la República.
