Ejercicio del control. La Corporación como establecimiento público, y teniendo en cuenta la urgencia y necesidad, queda sujeta a un régimen especial de vigilancia fiscal que ejercerá la Contraloría General de la República, y que será exclusivamente control de resultados. A partir del 1° de enero de 1987, la Contraloría ejercerá la vigilancia de la gestión fiscal de acuerdo con las normas generales vigentes. VIII - DISPOSICIONES GENERALES
