Desde la vigencia de este Decreto, prohíbase utilizar nombres o títulos especiales para distinguir los productos biológicos. El Departamento Jurídico procederá a revisar las licencias de estos productos que tengan nombre especial, y notificará a los interesados que debe cambiarlos ajustándose a lo dispuesto en éste artículo, dándoles un plazo prudencial para cumplir este requisito.
